RESI offers a special DC smart meter for Telecommunication purposes or other applications, where you have to measure DC voltage up to 100V and DC currents up to 255A-

Two different versions are available:
RESI-1DCEGYS-xxx: DC measurement of current with external Shunt
RESI-1DCEGY-xxx: DC measurement of current with external Hall-Sensor

Both modules save cyclically the calculated power and energy into a ferromagnetic RAM to restore values after power loss.

The firmware enables the configuration of the external used Shunt or Hall-Sensor type between 1A and 255A

Your controller can communicate with MODBUS/RTU master protocol or with ASCII text strings via RS232 or RS485 ?
Then our RESI-1DCEGYS-SIO smart meter for Shunt measurement or RESI-1DCEGY-SIO smart meter for Hall-Sensor measurement is the right choice.

Your controller can communicate with MODBUS/TCP client protocol or with ASCII sockets via Ethernet ?
Then our RESI-1DCEGYS-ETH smart meter for Shunt measurement or RESI-1DCEGY-ETH smart meter for Hall-Sensor measurement is the right choice.

Our smart meters are intended for connection to any type of controller or touch panel:
PCs, PLCs, DDCs, media controls, minicomputers, Raspberry Pi's, Arduino's or special hardware

HOW TO USE?
All configuration is done via simple commands either via MODBUS registers or via ASCII text commands. Consult our MODBUS mapping and ASCII command list for more details.
