Consists of an electrical level converter for 24 smart meters with MBUS interface and a serial RS232 interface to communicate with a host, maximum 24 MBUS counters (=unit loads), host communication with MBUS protocol, host+MBUS baud rates: 300bps-57600bps, 8 data bits, even parity, 1 stop bit, MBUS and RS232 are electrically isolated.
